 The cabinet is all solid wood, no veneer. Everything is walnut except the base and the front bezel which is metal.   It has a factory inspection tag. That is, it says Montgomery Wards, rather than the real manufacture. The date looks like Jan 1928, but I think the 8 is a misshaped 5 or Jan, 1925.   Greetings!
